Prism Advisory was founded by Brittany Basler, a risk management professional with experience leading safety, operational risk, claims prevention, and loss reduction initiatives across both public and private sector environments.

Throughout her career, Brittany has worked with complex organizations responsible for protecting employees, managing liability exposure, controlling losses, and improving operational performance. Through this experience, she recognized that many growing organizations face the same challenges as larger enterprises but often lack the dedicated risk management resources needed to proactively identify and address emerging risks.

This realization became the foundation for Prism Advisory.

Brittany founded Prism Advisory to help organizations bridge the gap between daily operations, safety performance, claims management, and insurance outcomes. Her approach focuses on identifying the operational conditions that contribute to losses before they become costly claims, allowing leaders to make informed decisions that protect their workforce, profitability, and long-term growth.

As an active risk and safety leader and Doctor of Business Administration candidate at the University of South Florida, Brittany combines practical field experience with research-based methodologies to deliver actionable insights and measurable results.

Her passion lies in helping organizations move beyond reactive problem-solving and build stronger, safer, and more resilient operations.
